Undergraduate Student Training Program

Relational Data Systems’ Undergraduate Training Program seeks to develop a capable and diverse workforce for the Information Technology Industry through paid mentored placements and internships for local undergraduate students.

Our program is designed to provide students with educational training and research experiences to strengthen their knowledge and skills and deepen their commitment to pursue careers in Information Technology. The program also enables students with new ideas and talents to contribute to research of mutual interest while also contributing to the implementation of the technology resulting from that research.

Students are rotated through several parts of our business, giving them the opportunity to work on a variety of projects supervised by experienced consultants. As a valued member of our team, we aim to provide students with rewarding and challenging work, skills training, and exposure to the social aspects of our organisation, as well as constructive feedback on their period of involvement.
To be eligible for the Undergraduate Training Program, students;
• Must be enrolled part-time or full-time in a local tertiary institution,
